\JDuties include:  Administration--institute and coordinate all systems to
cover the following departments:  1350 rooms, 10 outlets of food and beverage,
mule trips, two golf courses at Death Valley, four service stations and garages,
three barber and beauty shops, trailer parts and campgrounds, a transportation
company handling bus tours and eight retail shops, including a large Indian
jewelry pawn business at Cameron, also a laundry and sports activities.

The sales volume on the above is in excess of $15 million.  Also responsible
to main office for all Capital Improvements that are done at the Units.\.

Function as General Manager when Mr. Curtis is off the property.

\JThe properties involved are:  Grand Canyon, Cameron Trading Post, Painted
Desert Oasis, Furnace Creek Inn and Furnace Creek Ranch at Death Valley,
Hermit's Rest, Desert View, Lookout Studio, and Phantom Ranch.\.

The payroll runs 1300 employees in season at Grand Canyon.
